WHY HE WAS NOMINATED:

After emigrating to the U.S. from Germany, Dr. Zhivago — who graced the cover of Incisal Edge’s Spring 2017 issue — studied dentistry at both NYU and Columbia. As a clinical assistant professor in the prosthodontics department at NYU Dental, he leads a course in digital dentistry and directs the curriculum for postgraduate prosthodontics.
