Why She Was Nominated:

Immediately following her residency, Dr. Pham became a faculty member for the graduate pediatric program at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. She soon ascended to clinical director of its Advanced Pediatric Dental Clinic, a position she holds today. She regularly volunteers her time to the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry (CSPD), of which she is a board member, in addition to serving as the CSPD liaison to many national organizations. She also developed an Emergency Preparedness Protocol Handbook, available to all California pediatric dentists.
